Prince Goes Pink to Fight Breast Cancer

Another awesome promotion for Prince and their O3 line of racquets, not to mention their other products. Following up on their February 2004 launch of the Lightning XX Pink String in support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, they are releasing a whole Think Pink line. For the next year, Prince will donate 15% of the wholesale price for each Lightning XX Pink string package and 5% of all other Think Pink items sold to retailers to the Komen Foundation to help fund research grants, educational support, as well as screening and treatment projects in communities around the world.

What's in the line? The O3 Pink racquet; the Pink Lightning XX string (spring loaded powerfoilTM that is supposed to give it greater power); the Pink MicroTac Overgrip; and the Think Pink Dampener Jar (with 60 dampeners to help with shock and vibration). OK...that's not exactly all. There is also the Think Pink Handbag and the Prince Pink Visor. Enough. Let's keep it to the equipment. Tennis has enough bad stereotypes to deal with.
