Diadora Borg Elite Trainers

A tennis shoe that is, well, more of a fashion shoe than a tennis shoe. But it bears Borg's name, its a Diadora and its modeled after shoes he wore. It has a full grain nappa leather upper with embroidered logo and in two color schemes - the traditional white/gold monochrome and this new black/gold version.

I haven't seen them in the U.S., but it looks like you can get them in the UK for £90.
