BRANDS FOR THE US OPEN MEN'S SEMI'S

A couple days ago, WhatsAllTheRacquet posted the brand matchups for the women's semis at the US Open, and made some predictions. Now its time for the men's semis.

Djokovic vs. Ferrer - Djokovic is head-to-toe adidas, and uses a Wilson stick, while Ferrer is head-to-toe Lotto, and plays with a Prince racquet.

What's All The Racquets Pick for the Match: Djokovic...he and his impressions of other players are on their way to their first Grand Slam final. Ferrer will win a set, though.

What's All The Racquets Pick for the Equipment: Tie...we like the Lotto apparel better than the red, white and blue Cirque du Soleil outfit adidas of Novak. But we prefer Wilson sticks to Prince.

Federer vs. Davydenko: Federer is all Nike with a Wilson racquet, and Davydenko wears Asics shoes, swings a Prince stick, and wears Airness apparel.

What's All The Racquets Pick for the Match: C'mon...do you have to even ask?

What's All The Racquets Pick for the Equipment: Federer wins out by a small margin. It all comes down to the outfit Nike chooses for him. If its the all black, patent-leather, tuxedo outfit, Davydenko wins with the Airness, all-white, classic look. But otherwise the Nike stuff is great.
