K-Swiss Men's Ultrascendor Mid Tennis Shoe

K-Swiss isn't about big budget marketing campaigns like the big dogs, Nike and adidas. It just wants to make great tennis shoes.

The K-Swiss Ultrascendor low is one of the best all-around tennis shoes available. It combines a support, comfort and durability into an extremely light show. How? Cool technology that's how. The Ultrascendor is loaded with innovative technology and great features, like a special insole to prevent the kind of in-shoe movement that causes blisters and hot spots. And K-Swiss has patented Cushion-Board Construction and a Shock-Spring Midsole for excellent support and cushioning. I'm a toe-dragger, so I like that the Ultrascendor has high wear areas that are specially reinforced. And I've found the lacing system (cool oval laces) to tie quickly and stay tight.

The big draw to me, though, is the weight. They are nearly as light as a running shoe, which is pretty impressive given the mid-top and durability.
