Periwinkle Blue, Sergio Tacchini shirt donned by Flavia Pennetta

Flavia Pennetta is the top seed at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel in Acapulco, Mexico and reached the quarterfinals yesterday with a 6-2, 6-3 win over German Julia Schruff. But that's not what this post is about. What this is about are her apparel - a fitted polo-style sleeveless shirt from Sergio Tacchini. While a nice cut and shirt altogether, we particularly like the color...more specifically Down The Line's astute observation of "periwinkle blue."

If you saw our post just yesterday, this isn't DTL's first color catch - they saw the yellow trend happening as well. Looks like Sergio Tacchini is going the blue-ish route instead of yellow, and we think they've done a really nice job.

Check out all sorts of Sergio Tacchini apparel here.
