adidas Tournament Pack brings the tennis classics back!

adidas-tourny-pack-main.jpg
Be still our heart...and be ready our wallets...adidas is bringing back five, count' em, five of their original tennis sneakers from the 1970s and 1980s. Of course, this means Stan Smiths and Rod Lavers. These classics are being reintroduced in their original silhouettes, which is indeed very cool, but we're even more excited about the other styles included in the limited-edition "Tournament Pack."

adidas-tourny-pack-1.jpgIncluded in the "pack" are the G.S. original (1981), Forest Hills Vintage original (1977), Stan Smith vintage original (1977), Nastase Master original (1976), and Rod Laver vintage original (1970). We covered the more current versions of the Nastases last week, but these are MUCH cooler. These are looks no one has seen in years, edgy but classic. Must haves, they don't make tennis sneakers like this anymore.

As far as we can tell, they're only available at Hanon Shop, but we will be on the lookout and would love to hear from other sightings!
