This Saturday, May 2, Will "King of Clay" Ferrell will take to the court to settle his long-standing tennis "feud" with tennis legend, and seven-time Grand Slam singles champion, Mats Wilander at the K-Swiss Global Tennis Showdown in Los Angeles. There is no telling what will come out of his tennis bag, but one thing is for certain, the "King" will be playing with Prince. The challenger, has decided to take to the court wielding a Prince EXO3 racquet.

In fact, Prince has been named the official racquet and ball of the event - providing its top of the line Tour tennis balls for the match as well as a host of products for fans and the live and silent auction taking place after the match - to benefit the Swedish School of Los Angeles.

"This is a fun event for a good cause and we are proud to have Will carry an EXO3racquet, represent the brand, and to offer our products to fans and the charity. Some of the world's greatest athletes in the world play our products - including Gael Monfils, Maria Sharapova, the Bryan Brothers - and now, we can add Ferrell to that list. Prince giving $20 Off Any of its New EXO3 Racquets - No Questions Asked

Prince Gives Big "Thank You" to Tennis Players for Growing the Sport
Tennis Racquet Leader Launches Nationwide Program Giving Instant $20 Off Any of its New EXO3 Racquets - No Questions Asked

Bordentown, NJ, April 15, 2009 - Tennis certainly has reason to be excited. Recent findings have shown that on-court participation levels in the United States are the highest they have been in more than fifteen years. In fact, amazingly, tennis participation in the US (unlike many other sports) has nearly doubled since 2000.

Why is this happening? It is due to the support and passion for the game that comes from players - new, frequent and returning. Players deserve the biggest "THANK YOU" and for that, Prince, a global leader of performance tennis products, has decided to launch a nationwide "thank you" program giving consumers an instant $20 off any racquet in the new, top-of-the-line Prince EXO3 line - just in time to "gear up" for summer. The offer begins today, Wednesday, April 15 and runs through Friday, June 15, 2009 at all participating tennis racquet dealers nationwide.

"This is a unique and exciting time for our sport. Interest in tennis is on the rise and participation levels are growing. We want to thank players for taking to the court and encourage them to continue to do so by making it easy and affordable to purchase or upgrade to a new tennis racquet," said John Embree, President of Prince Sports, Inc. "Now is the time of year when consumers look to 'gear up' and this is a simple-to-understand offer that will help put the best racquets in their hands and $20 in their pocket; and help our retail partners as well by driving folks into the store. No fine print, no coupons. That's it."

The ground-breaking Prince EXO3 racquet line was introduced in January 2009. Offering performance racquets for all player types - from beginners to touring pros - EXO3 features the breakthrough Energy BridgeTM and Energy ChannelTM technologies - applied ingeniously and in varying degrees to each racquet depending on the model - to literally transfer more energy back into the tennis ball for exceptional feel. Led by world #10 Gael Monfils, who plays the EXO3 Rebel 95 and carries the flag for the line, EXO3 has generated significant buzz with advanced, competitive players and recreational players alike.

You can get the $20 at these retailers.
